Prepayment Returns Supplements Policies

Appointment Pre-Payment:​

If you book an appointment, pre-payment is expected at time of booking. If you are unable to arrive at your appointment on time, you are given a 15 minute grace period for new appointments. Re-checks do not have a grace period of time because your appointment is only 30 minutes in duration, which does not allow for late arrivals. If you re-schedule your appointment prior to 24 hours of your appointment time your appointment fee paid prior still applies and no additional fees are required. If you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment time you will be refunded your full amount paid. If you no show, cancel, or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time you will not receive a full or partial refund.


Returning Supplements:

Supplements purchased through Emerald Coast Holistic Health may be returned if un-opened. There will be a 25% restocking fee that is not refunded to you upon returning your supplement. If you return a supplement that is open it will not be accepted. Supplements cannot be expired upon return.

Supplements purchased elsewhere:

Supplements purchased online through Wellevate/Fullscript will not be allowed to be returned in the office. You will need to make arrangements to return to the company in which you purchased said product. If you purchase outside of our store or Wellevate/Fullscript we do not have knowledge of how the supplements are stored, tested, or packaged. We will not give refunds for these products.
